Finance & Human Resources Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for billing and purchasing of all Head Start materials, the annual budget, quarterly financial reporting and payroll. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the personnel files, documentation and paperwork required during the hiring process, on going and to comply with the different federal, state and daycare licensing laws.
